BIDEN CANCELS PUBLIC WORKERS DEBT

PUBLIC SERVICE WORKERS DEBT CANCELLED

By: Derek Varsalona

I'll admit it drowning in debt is no fun. Once your college debt is not paid off it follows you around like a millstone on your neck.  But you took out a lone and now it is time to pay it off. Why should I have paid off my loan if the government was going to do it for me?  This is called responsibility and the government is not the parent.

The fact of the matter is that a college education is way too expensive for the service one is getting.  Our students are not prepared for the real world.  The fact of the matter is that it was your choice to go to college.  Now it is time to pay it off with no free rides unless you get a scholarship.

It is your choice to go to college or not.  It was a life-altering decision and it was a great decision for me.  But President Biden deciding to pay off college loans is a way to buy votes for the Democratic Party.

Now, President Biden is paying off the debt of unions and other public service workers.  Does that mean politicians?  Let us get one thing straight: Public service is noble work unless you're a greedy politician.  But these workers should pay off their student loans.  The government paying off a student loan is nothing less than a bribe for votes.  Why is President Biden playing favorites?  It is all to get votes.  As always comments accepted.
