NORTH KOREA ACT OF WAR
By: Derek Varsalona
This week, North Korea blew up the inter-Korea Rail lines connecting North Korea and South Korea. This was an act of war by North Korea and I am sure President Biden and the international community is going to have a response to this. However, the correct response is to negotiate with North Korea and with the help of the United Nations. War should be a last resort and America should not involve itself in the protection of South Korea.
In an act of war, North Korea blew up the rail line connection of South Korea and North Korea. This is an act of war. But America should not get involved in the business of North Korea and South Korea. Has America learned anything from their wars in Afghanistan and Iraq occupation? I do not think America has learned from its involvement in those wars. Also, sticking our nose into other countries' affairs and our unwavering support of Israel is what caused September 11, 2001.
The way to deal with North Korea is to let them have a two-state system. America should only take on North Korea if provoked. As of right now that is not happening and Biden and Harris should stay out of North Korea and South Korea. As always comments are accepted.
