RACIST TEXT APPEARS ON CELL PHONES

It appears that racism is alive and well after the Trump victory. Many Black people have received racist text messages on their phones asking them to go to their nearest plantation, amongst other racial concerns.
There is no need for this in America, and it is concerning. However, this is freedom of speech. Hate speech is free speech, and it is accepted under the First Amendment, although it is wrong. The incident has happened in several states.
I attribute this to Vice President Kamala Harris's loss. I would not be surprised if this would happen if she won either. I would also not be surprised if this is Democratic operatives acting like KKK members. In fact, the KKK was mostly white Democrats who hated black people after the Civil War.
The fact is that there is no need for this in American society. The Justice Department is investigating this. I would not be surprised if it goes all the way to the Supreme Court.
I would also not be surprised if the Supreme Court ruled in favor of hate speech and that they have the right to do this. Remember, although hate speech is wrong, it is free speech. As always, comments are accepted.
