HOW ADDICTIVE IS TIKTOK?

TIKTOK IS BACK UP AND RUNNING

I am happy that tiktok is back up and running online in America after President Elect Trump said that he would lift the ban.  But this just goes to show you how addictive technology is.  I have notice or at least saw fellow tiktokers saying that they are going to the hospital if tiktok is band.  That just goes to show you how addictive this technology is.  Do we really consider outlives useless if Tiktok is band in America?

Many people are relieved that President Trump let the Tiktok back in their lives.  You see all along it was Trump who didn't want ti banded.  I am not saying the Democrats wanted it band either.  

Being a Libertarian I do not support the ban of TikTok.  If the Chinese are spying on Americans with TikTok it needs to be used with caution.

But how addictive is this device?  I heard people say to Congress in a testimony that they would go to the emergency room if TikTok was banned in America.   Please has it really come to that.  Well, maybe if that was the case those people needed to get mental help or be in a hospital all along.  Listen I hated the TikTok ban, but I was not going to the hospital over it.  The same is true with cell phones.  I use my cell phone for communication.  Yes,it is troublesome when it goes down either loss of battery life or otherwise no cell service.  Yes, I do panic what if I need it in an emergency.  But this shows you how controlling these devices are in our lives.  These devices are made to be addictive, even Mark Zuckerberg said Facebook is made to be addictive.  I'll admit that I get most of my blog views on Facebook and Blue Sky.  These platforms are made to engage and be addictive.

Let us be smart about technology.  I consider the cell phone to be a human leash, anyone that has your number can get a hold of you.  Please people these are technology devices.  Do not be addicted to them like a drug like nicotine or cocaine.  As always comments accepted.
