BIDEN SPENT MILLIONS ON TRANSGENDER MICE

According to President Trump, Biden spent millions of Dollars on Transgender Mice experiments. First of all, does a mice have the brain capacity to understand what transgenderism is? I am not saying the mice do not have a choice in their sexuality. All people can choose their own sexuality that they feel comfortable in. But really how do animals or even mice have the brain capacity to make that decision. I have heard that people are the only ones with logical reasoning so I do not think mice can make a reasonable decision on the sexuality matter.
I think this is a silly statement to make a political issue out of a nonpolitical one. I do not care if a mouse thinks that they are transgender. I doubt if they can make such a decision because I think that humans are the only ones that can use logic and reasoning. As always comments accepted
