COLE TOMAS ALLEN TO BE CHARGED WITH FIREARM USE
By: Derek Varsalona
Today, Cole Tomas Allen, the would-be assassin of President Trump, is expected to be charged with the use of a firearm. That is a lesser charge for someone. What he should be charged with is an assassination attempt. The ironic thing is that he had no prior criminal history.
This leads me to believe that Cole is mentally ill. No, I am not a doctor, I am not a psychologist. But someone in their right mind does not just go off and try to knock off the President of the United States.
The Liberals in this country might not, for the first time, scream they want gun control. They are screaming for something different. They are screaming for freedom for Cole. The issue here is not the gun nor the attempted assassination. The much larger problem is the issue of mental illness in America, which was compounded by the coronavirus lockdowns. Locking people in their homes and telling them that they can't work is a bigger issue than the gun issue in America. When you take away someone's ability to make a living or even produce and tell them they can't have children when they want to, it is going to lead to a messed-up individual psychologically and lead to a much larger mental disability.
People talk about the power of medicine. As someone who is on medication, it only works for a limited time. The medication I take leaves me restless and unable to sleep as I post this blog at five in the morning and send it out to managing editors.
But there is a bigger cure than the actual drug. The drug creates customers, and the psychiatrist, even with good intentions, is a legalized drug dealer. As always, comments are accepted.

Pharmaceuticals do not create cures
