PEACE TALKS WILL GO NOWHERE FAST

President Trump and Iran engaged in peace talks on Thursday, but I am afraid that these peace talks are going to go nowhere fast.  I do want peace, I really do.  But I am also being realistic about the situation.  

The first thing off is that Iran must not obtain a nuclear weapon.  That seems to be a no-go for Iran, which seems to be days, if not weeks, away from making a nuclear weapon.  Iran claims that their nuclear energy program is for peaceful means.  No one in their right mind believes that, not even the citizens of Iran.

Mediators are now pushing for a short-term deal.  Then what war again with the rest of the world?  If Iran obtains a nuclear weapon, I believe that it will be the start of World War III. I do not want that to happen; nobody does.

The world is trying to restart negotiations between Iran and the United States.  Don't look for the United Nations to help any.  Yes, they will try.  But the fact of the matter is, the U.N. is the most useless organization in the world.  They do not solve anything, although they try.  They have not ended famine, they have not cured AIDS, etc.  This is going to be a month-long process.  I hope for the best, but realistically, I expect the worst and endless wars, which I do not want.
