PRESIDENT BIDEN TO SOCIALIZE CAREGIVERS

President Biden is trying to socialize the caregiver industry.  He is trying to boost pay and make the caregivers join a union against their will.  This is all to make the Democratic base stronger through the use of force and letting go of free will.  I personally do not like unions.  I was in a union and what is lost when you are in a union is the fact that you lose personal autonomy.  Really does the union look out for you as a unique individual.  They do not look at your abilities as what makes you stronger but they look at the collective as what makes the union stronger.  When you join a union you lose individuality.  Many times I have noticed people in unions being lazy i.e., sleeping at their desks when it is time to work.

President Biden wants to socialize the healthcare giver industry.  I say let us look at these people are hardworking individuals.  The way to preserve that is to make each caregiver an independent caregiver who bills their clients, Medicaid, and Medicare individually.  The Caregiver should be an independent contractor only responsible to the employer of record the attendee and the caregiver themselves.  The union will diminish the hard work and individual attention the attendees need to live a full life. 

The fact is that child care is just as expensive as college nowadays.  It was the Democrats that made that unaffordable since they demanded that people join a union.  The union in this case will take away from the child care.  The best way is to make these childcare workers individual contractors to be able to negotiate their own pay scale with the employee's ads private contractors.  The employer,i.e. the daycare center can make the decision on whom they want to higher after doing a thorough background check on the employee.

Another problem is the cost of child care is unattainable for most families.  The cost of daycare can be just as expensive as a four-year degree in most cases.  The way to combat that is to make the childcare workers independent contractors free of union interrogation and make those caregivers negotiate their own contracts.  This will give the employees time to do a thorough background check and hire the right person for the job without union pressure.  As always comments accepted.
