DOES IT COME DOWN TO NORTH CAROLINA?

Yesterday, on Face the Nation Governor Roy Cooper of North Carolina said that if Vice President Kamala Harris wins North Carolina she is the next President. But he forgot about the notion of Ohio, the say so goes Ohio so goes the nation. He forgot about Pennsylvania and he forgot about Florida.
What Governor Roy Copper was doing was giving his honest assessment. But he did hint at the fact that Vice President Kamala Harris might win North Carolina. Now, why would a Republican Conservative Governor say that? I think he wants to put North Carolina in play, he also hates President Trump and wants to make North Carolina a battleground state.
In most situations, if a party member has something bad to say about a party nominee they are quiet. But not this Governor, why is that? Deep down in his heart, Governor Cooper is a never-trumper. Maybe he wants President Trump to lose so Governor Cooper can run for President? Just a thought. As always comments accepted.
