PRESIDENT TRUMP HITS VENEZUELA

America is unofficially at war with Venezuela. Early Tuesday Morning, the USA Military has hit the Venezuelan drug boats.
This is an act of war. But what is going on is an illegal war. Only Congress has the power to declare war on another country. To date, the US Congress has not declared war on Venezuela.
President Trump is missing the bigger picture. What Congress and President Trump should do is declare all drugs legal right now. Declaring all drugs legal will get people out of the shadows and reduce the black market for narcotics. I know even with legalization, the black market will still exist.
President Trump was wrong to strike Venezuela without Congressional approval. This is an act of war and is an impeachable offense. As always, comments are accepted.
