PRESIDENT TRUMP KIDNAPS MADURO

PRESIDENT TRUMP STEALS VENEZUELA

By: Derek Varsalona

President Trump has recently stolen waterfront property in the Caribbean with the capture, or should I say kidnapping, of Venezuelan dictator Nicholas Maduro.  But while the Venezuelans are celebrating, the rest of the world is in fear of American maneuvers. The abduction of Maduro has resulted in world condemnation of Trump's tactics.

The kidnapping of Maduro is felt worldwide.   My biggest concern is with the destabilization of Venezuela.  Yes, I do support the take-down, but the aftershock of such a political earthquake can be felt worldwide.  I am afraid that the stock market will implode in a negative fashion on Monday, and oil prices will spike due to the uncertainty.

This is the most significant invasion of a Latin American country since the invasion of Panama.  But what is the underlying result of the invasion?  I believe President Trump invaded Venezuela for the oil and to seize on waterfront property in the Caribbean.

While Americans might be celebrating, the rest of the world is living in fear.  Dictator Maduro is charged with Narco Terrorism and Cocaine Importation.  What comes next for Venezuela is anybody's guess.  I am afraid this invasion of Venezuela is going to lead to destabilization and a rise in oil prices worldwide due to the uncertainty of the future.  As always, comments accepted.
