As a political observer for many years, I find it sickening to see what is happening to President Biden.  To see your own party throw you under the bus is quite amusing and sickening at the same time.  The fact of the matter is that President Biden has stuck his neck out for President Obama on most occasions if not all.  He has stuck his neck out for the Democratic Party, being a true labor guy, and now the Democratic Party has thrown him under the bus and out to pasture. I'll admit it I attack Biden's dementia every day. I am not a medical doctor just a cautious observer and that is what I think.

But what is more sickening is the fact that so many Democrats are ready to dig the political grave for President Biden.  Let us face it President Biden is as politically ancient as the dinosaurs and the Egyptian Pharaoh.  But to see a man who has given his whole life to the union and his whole life to the Democratic Party to be thrown under the bus like this so it runs him over is not only sad but sickening.  I guess in politics you eat your own.

With that being said President Biden is thinking of dropping out of the Presidential race.  But this is not the end of it for President Biden.  The fact of the matter is once he suspends his campaign there is going to be another political choir asking him to suspend his presidency and resign.  They want to see Kamala Harris as a test run before she runs for President.  That would leave Speaker Mike Johnson as the Vice President, which would be an interesting combination. 

The fact is now, President Biden is toast.  Trump leads in 7 swing states after being shot.  What is also sickening is seeing the people on Facebook actively calling for President Trump to die and saying they would not have missed.  This is a sick time of politics one for praising Trump's assassin and asking him to be dead literally and another asking President Biden to be politically dead.  As always comments accepted.

REPRESENTATIVE SHEILA JACKSON LEE DEAD

SHEILA JACKSON LEE DEAD

In a sad note, Representative Sheila Jackson Lee has died.

The brave Congresswoman has died of pancreatic cancer.  She was 74.  Her greatest achievement in her career was making Juneteenth a federal holiday.  I always liked Representative Sheila Jackson Lee.  I was surprised that she never rose to the rank of Speaker of the House.  She was a strong fighter for Houstonians everywhere.  She will truly be missed.  As always comments accepted.

TRUMP'S PLEDGE FOR UNITY FALLS SHORT

President Trump gave a fiery stump speech at the RNC on Thursday.  This was his pledge for unity.  But it was anything but unity.  Like in all political speeches, the tone was confrontational He detailed the assassination attempt on his life.  I could understand why that concerned him.  But a speech that was supposed to change a man and a speech that was rewritten, did not prevent the detractors from coming to his side. 

The speech was not a unity speech.  It was more like a rah-rah speech that a coach gives to a team when they are losing the game.  Only this time President Trump is winning and he should have conveyed a winning message which he did not.  President Trump was totally off the mark.  Instead of bridging the country together, he divided the country further apart.

Nothing President Trump could have said was going to bring detractors to his side.  America is too polarized for that.  But he was giving red meat to his base.  The problem with Trump is that his speech does nothing to enhance the possibility of the Republicans winning down the ballot.  That was not this kinda of speech.  This was a speech that was given to in his eyes save a nation.

I can understand why he would be upset.  Being almost assassinated pisses a man off.  But if the message was unity this was not the speech and President Trump was off the mark with his unity speech.  As always comments accepted.

BIDEN TO WIPE OUT MORE STUDENT DEBT

It is nice that President Biden is deciding to wipe out more student debt.  But what I need to see is responsibility for the debt borrower.  What is next while out your housing mortgage?  The fact of the matter is that the Democrats call for everyone to pay their fair share in society.  How about the students pay their fair share of what they borrowed.

My problem is that there is no give back it just wipes out student debt.  I do not agree with wiping out student debt.  But if I did everyone should give back something to American society.  The government should agree to get rid of student debt if you give back to the community or your country.  What we need is a private-public partnership works program.

The way the private partnership works program would work is people would agree to work for either a private or government entity and the government would then Whipe out the student debt for public service.  That way everyone is giving back to society and getting something in return.

But to just wipe out student debt for students with no responsibility on their part is irresponsible and teaches students to be lazy and irresponsible.

Under the horrible Biden plan, 35,000 students are going to get their debt relief.  But these former students are not giving anything back to society.  They are essentially given a free ride.  Under my plan, there are no free rides and everyone must give back to society.  As always comments accepted.

BIDEN MAKING THE AMERICAN DREAM HARDER

We all want a fair shot at the American Dream, owning a home.  It gives us financial security since the home is the largest wealth builder.  It gives us stability and a roof over our heads.  It would be nice if everyone could own a home.  But if the government is involved like President Biden plans to do there are going to be more homeless people than before.

President Biden released his plan to make housing more affordable for the Latino community.  This in itself is racist since he is only doing this for one sector.  He is only doing this to garner votes for himself in the election since the Latinos are now the majority in this nation.  I want all people to garner better opportunities.  To single out one group of people is racist and he is only doing this to get votes.

President Biden is achieving home ownership but making jobs more accessible for the Latino community.  But what about the rest of the people in America?  Why are they not getting fair treatment on equaling the playing field?  That is because the Democrats do not look at people as people.  They look at each group and put those groups into separate racial boxes.  It is the Democrats who are pitting class warfare against groups.   President Biden is creating 15 million jobs just for Latinos.  What about the rest of the Americans?  

President Biden wants to make the immigration system more fair and just.   Our immigration system is racist with open borders.  So much we are talking about the Southern border. But what about the Northern border with Canada where fentanyl also comes in across our border?  I want border security from our Southern border to our Northern border and the cost lines.

Yes, our immigration system is broken.  That is because our immigration system is inherently racist.  We focus on the Southern Border since that is where the problem is yes.  But we also need to stop drug trafficking from coming into America from our northern border of Canada.  We simply do not close the Canada-America border for one simple reason.  Because those people are white and our policy is racist.  As always comments accepted.

BIDEN WILL INCREASE HOUSING COST

The government seems to ruin everything it touches.  Now President Biden is looking to end the homeless problem by controlling the housing cost.  That will only increase the homeless problem in the long run over time.

Yesterday, President Biden announced his housing initiative.  He plans for the government to build more homes to decrease housing prices.  Normally this is a supply and demand side economics issue.  But with the government involved in housing, it is only going to increase the housing cost in the private nongovernment-funded sectors.    It is not the government's job to solve the housing process.  The mere fact that President Biden is getting involved is going to increase the cost of housing for everyone inflating the housing market.

President Biden is trying to create 2 million homes and provide $10,000 in mortgage relief payments.  That is a start but dictating what the housing market can do is only going to increase the housing market value making it more unaffordable to buy a home.  President Biden does not get it by dictating that the housing market cost will only increase the housing cost for all individuals involved.  This really is a win for the real estate companies and not the common people.  As always comments accepted.

TRUMP TRIES TO CHANGE IMAGE

 DOES ALMOST DYING CHANGE A MAN?

President Trump claimed that "almost dying changes a man."  We shall see if that is true.  According to President Trump, he has a new lease on life and is willing to change his ways for the benefit of himself and the country.  But it is his aggressive combative style that his supporters like.  Does changing mean he is going to lose his support?

President Donald Trump is trying to redefine himself.  I do not think that it will work.  The former President already has a na image over the four years as a President.  The media is not going to let him change his persona.  The fact of the matter is yes almost dying changes your perspective on life.  But the fact is that President Trump already has an image ingrained in people's minds.

The reason that I am voting for President Trump is because he was once a non-politician.  The fact of the matter is the reason why politicians are scared of Donald Trump is due to the fact that he once was a non-politician.  The fact scares them that if a non-politician can be successful then anyone who is a career politician can lose their job.

I do not think that the rebranding of Trump is going to change people's image of him.  Love him or hate him, we had four years, four great years under Trump.  The fact of the matter is that image is ingrained in voters' minds and will not change their perception no matter how hard he tries.  As always comments are accepted.
