BIDEN TO SOCIALIZE HOUSING MARKET

Under Biden, you get a house, I get a house, everyone gets a house.  President Biden must be working with Oprah Winfrey.  President Biden is set to socialize the housing market by making everyone get into a new home as soon as possible.  President Biden wants to lower the cost of the housing market.  That is a great goal but it should be done by the free market and exchanges of goods.  I hate to say it but not everyone can get a house.  Not everyone can afford a house.  In a capitalist society, not everyone is going to own a house.  But this is okay since President Biden is not dealing with capitalists in his ranks.  He is dealing with mostly socialists which is why President Biden wants to socialize the housing market.

President Biden is working to lower the cost of housing.  That is a noble goal.  But with the government ruining everything it touches with inflation the housing market is about to get inflated if the government sticks its hands in the pot.  The fact of the matter is that President Biden wants to destroy the free housing market.  I say let the free market decide the cost of housing by people making bids on housing.  The housing market is going to crash and lead to a double-dip recession if President Biden sticks his hands in the housing market.

With President Biden and his socialist ways, he is going to increase the cost of housing and decrease the supply of housing in America.  The only way that the housing prices are going to go down is if there is a decrease in buyers for the housing.  The government is only going to increase the housing prices targeting the very people that President Biden is trying to help the poor and disenfranchised in society.  Under President Biden’s policy, not many of the working class are going to be able to obtain the housing that they want. 

The American Rescue Plan is not working.   It is not going to bring down housing costs in Nevada.  One way, that housing prices are going to go down is if the supply of housing increases on the open market.  The other way is that Las Vegas is going to go into a depression and loss of jobs is going to lead people to move out of their housing increasing the supply and lowering the cost through free market capitalism and competition.

The government should not be investing in the housing market.  President Biden has invested $258 billion dollars in housing.  That is why the housing prices are so high since the retailers can afford to keep houses on the market since they were given a bailout by President Biden.  The Biden plan is going to backfire and not decrease the cost of housing.  The best way to decrease the cost of housing is let free market capitalism do its job and work to bring down the cost of housing with supply and demand economics.   As always comments accepted.
