BIDEN TO INFRINGE ON GUN RIGHTS

The Second Amendment to the Constitution clearly states the right to keep and bear arms should not be infringed.  Clearly, President Biden and the Democrats are trying to break the law with more gun control measures. 

President Biden is trying to reduce the amount of firearms without a background check so he says.  But he is only going to crack down on the legal gun owners and legal gun dealers in America. President Biden has no plan on how to deal with the guns received and sold on the black market, and I doubt he ever will.  President Biden wants to keep guns out of the hands of domestic abusers.  But what happens if the abused turns the gun on the abuser?  Is there any protection now.  Everyone has the right to self-defense.  Everyone should be able to have a gun on them or some other form of protection.    The fact of the matter is that most if not all criminals do not follow gun control laws at all.  The gun control laws only take the guns away from law-abiding citizens and put the guns in the hands of the criminals.

The federal government has failed to close the loophole.  That is probably due to gun-supporting Republicans in Congress.  But closing the gun show loophole is not going to stop violent crimes with guns.  That is because a criminal does not follow the background checks at gun shows.  Criminals buy their guns on the black market.  The fact of the matter is that gun control laws always hurt law-abiding citizens in the long run and there will always be a black market somewhere.  As always comments accepted.
