POWERFUL EARTHQUAKE HITS PHILIPPINES

A powerful earthquake hit the country of the Philippines on Monday morning. I pray for the people.
What concerns me the most is whether the disabled have an evacuation plan in place. Does the government have an evacuation plan in place? The people need to stop relying on the government for the solution. Most of the time, the government is the problem.
At least 15 people are dead. The earthquake hit at 7:40 am and was a 7.8 on the Richter scale. As always, comments are accepted.
