WAR ESCLATES IN IRAN

The war between Iran and the United States has escalated with each firing drones at the other. There does not seem to be any end in sight. This situation reminds me of a quote from Vegetius, a Roman, " If you want peace, prepare for war." That seems to be the truth, unfortunately, nowadays. You see, the world loves a good or Great War. The world profits from war. Republicans love both war and profits.
As of yesterday, the US Central Command has shot down a pair of Iranian drones. In response, Iran fired missiles tag Bahrain and Kuwait. This war has gotten out of hand, and it does not seem that there is going to be an end any time soon.
The economic effects are going to be disastrous. The stock market is going to plummet except for defense industry stocks. The price of oil is going to rise, and life is going to be more expensive. As always, comments are accepted.
