THE BUFFALO BILLS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP DISABLED

By: Derek Varsalona

The only New York State professional football team, the Buffalo Bills, is going above and beyond to help fans with disabilities feel welcomed at their home games.    As for the team itself, The Buffalo Bill Players are scheduled to begin training camp on July 23, 2024, at John Fisher College.

The Buffalo Bills have many accessible parking options at their stadium.  There are at least four accessible parking lots mentioned.  You can park,  at Lot 2 ADA accessible, or Lot 6 which is also ADA compliant.

There is also accessible seating for fans with special needs to enjoy the game. The accessible wheelchair platforms are around 100-level seating and 300-level seating.  But you will need wheelchair seating tickets to enjoy these amenities.  If you need assistance at any time during the game or prior to the game you may visit the Guest Experience Booth.

If you need help obtaining directions to your seat you are in luck also.  A personal stadium attended will drive you to your seating location help is provided by the Guest Experience ADA Team.  There are eight specialty-designed areas that they can pick you up at the stadium parking lot.  If you request these accommodations on game day or at the stadium please call 716-312-8933 or text to 716-588-1960.

The Bills also have accessible listening and closed captioning covered.  Patrons may utilize the closed captioning option on the Bills Mobile App and the Assisted Listening Device can be provided to fans at Guest Experience Booth 124. To obtain an assisted listening device you must show a valid driver's license.

If you are in need of a wheelchair during the game you may do so at each entrance gate to the stadium.  You can call ahead of time to coordinate (716)312-8855.

If you need to use the elevator those are only for fans with special needs. All fans must be accompanied by a Highmark Stadium Team Member on Game Day.

All of the entrances to exit the stadium or enter the stadium follow ADA Accessibility guidelines. For faster entrance experience guests with disabilities may enter the stadium seating through Club & Suite Entry Lanes at Gates 2,3,6&7.  If you do need an interpreter, you are asked to contact the Guest Experience Department by email prior to the event at guest.expereince@bills.nfl.net or by calling 716-312-8799.  As always comments accepted.
