BIDEN'S FAIRNESS DOCTRINE FALLS SHORT

We would all like to live in a fair society.   But what is fair to one person is not fair to another person in America.  That is how a free society works.  I hate to say it but someone is going to need to say it eventually.   What is fair to you might not be fair to me.  Was it fair that I was born with a mild case of Cerebral Palsy and often face discrimination socially and economically for having Cerebral Palsy?  Thank God I can walk.  Now, President Biden and the Democrats want to declare a fair just social and racial justice that benefits minorities at the expense of the white non-disabled majority.

President Biden has implemented an equity and racial justice agenda to make sure life is fair.  Well, I got news for you President Biden…life is not fair.  Politically life is not fair, when most third-party candidates can not get the media coverage and money needed to launch a successful campaign to go against the corrupt two-party system.  What is fair to one group of people might not always be fair to another group of people.

I would say that people with disabilities face the most discrimination.  More disabled babies are aborted during pregnancy to stop the unfairness to the family of raising a disabled child.  But the child did not choose to be disabled and therefore should never be murdered by abortion or infanticide.    Also ever notice how everyone who is pro-choice has already been born? Funny how that works out. 

Yes, I agree there are gaps in the labor market between the disabled, people of color, and women in particular.  The gap in the labor market for someone who is disabled is huge.  I feel that when I disclose my disability on a job application or a resume and cover letter the employee sometimes obtains a certain perception of me.  Is that fair to me?  But it is better to get that out of the way for me in the cover letter and resume than for me to show up for an interview and not get the job before I even introduce myself.

I agree there are gaps in the labor market for pregnant women and that should stop, or just gaps in the employment market for women.  A woman bearing a child is not a hindrance to their career.  Motherhood is a great thing.  Yes, motherhood is a full-time job.  If a mother or father stays home to take care of the child they should be given unemployment benefits to help raise that child.

President Biden is trying to advance opportunities in America.  I applaud him for doing so.  But the problem is we are living in an inflation nation and the reason there is inflation is because President Biden is getting drunk at a White House Party and the drink he is drunk on is spending.

What also is not fair is that Veterans and people of color are also facing discrimination at the bank.  Well, if that is the case no one is forcing you to stay at that bank.  If you feel they are discriminating against you, you could either pull your money out and switch banks or sue the bank after your conversation with the bank employee has failed.

It is unfair that women have fewer benefits than men in the workplace.  I have always wanted equal pay for equal work.  But the fact of the matter is for any business an employee is an expense. So the company is taking a chance and making an investment.  I have had a lot of jobs in my life due to my disability.  The employees are taking a chance to hire me.  For the employees, they need to weigh whether the reward of having me as an employee outweighs the risk.

Now, President Biden wants women to have grants for gender-based violence.  There should be no violence against anyone.  There should also be no violence against an innocent child who is aborted by a woman so she can have her career first.  No government grant is needed for people or women if they have a great lawyer.

Sadly, there is housing discrimination.  According to Biden, minorities need to remove photos from the walls to sell the house.  I have news for you it is not just minorities.  When we were selling our house in Rockville Centre our real estate agent told us to remove photos from the wall of the house so it sells better.  We lived in a mostly white, neighborhood and my family is white.  Still, we had to remove photos from our walls to sell the house better. No one felt discriminated against in my family because of that.

President Biden even made the deleted claim that children get a free lunch in the summer.  That is great that children obtain a “ free lunch”.  No one should go hungry ever and with inflation at the grocery store many people are putting back expensive steaks and foods so everyone is hungry just some are more hungry than others.

By President Biden trying to make a fair society he is making an unfair market in reality.  The best way to grow the economy is a free market with across-the-board tax cuts.  Remember life is not fair it just is: What is fair for you is not fair for me and vice versa. No politician or person can change that.  As always comments accepted.

CLIMATE CHANGE IS KILLING US

As I sit here at my computer I can give you a reason for not posting my blog yesterday.  I do apologize but I think I was affected by climate change over the past two days.  For some reason, my internet would not work on my computer but it did work on my iPad and cell phone.  I can’t post my blog on my iPad since it is saved on my computer work.  Okay, you got me an iPad and a cellphone are essential computers that we carry around with us.  

Millions to billions of people are now being affected by climate change.  The real question is do millions or even billions of people even care?  As I sit at my computer right now to type up this report for my readers it is disrupting our daily lives.  Not getting an internet connection is not a panic for me.  But for school children, it might be since it is vital to learning.  Due to the storm and climate change millions of students are learning virtually at least in the New York City school system the nation's largest school system.   The Boston schools are closed as of Tuesday, February 13 and Philadelphia schools had a late start.,  The storms are getting stronger and they are disrupting daily lives.    Some parts of the country are going to have a foot of snow.

The fact of the matter is that climate change is killing our very existence.  We are going to have to learn to adapt to climate change or climate change is definitely going to change our daily lives as it has already.  As always comments accepted.

BEWARE OF THE ALASKA POX OUTBREAK

If you ever watched the movie Outbreak you know how scary an outbreak can be.   But you do not need to watch movies to know how intrusive the government can be with lockdowns.  A new viral disease, Alaska Pox is spreading through Alaska like wildfire.  Watch for the state and federal government to control the disease by imposing lockdowns and forced vaccinations taking away freedom.

This first fatal event happened in Alaska over the Alaska Pox virus. At least seven people are infected in Fairbanks.  This is a viral disease where at least seven people are infected.  Watch for the government to start taking away your freedoms and imposing draconian measures of lockdowns and more restrictions.  I would not be surprised if the state government makes more forced vaccinations and lockdowns.  I would not be surprised if the federal government gets a lead in this process and takes away more basic freedoms to curb the disease.  Watch for both governments to take away freedom by making a national health security alert.  The government is going to make you carry your card at all times.  I would not be surprised if the police stopped someone in Alaska for a speeding ticket and then asked for the person's COVID-19 vaccinations and Alaska Pox vaccination card.  Who knows if the government is going to want to track us with a chip-tracking device implanted by a shot.

The Alaska Pox outbreak will show that the government will stop at nothing to take away your freedom.  Do not surrender your freedom.  As always comments accepted.

It seems like President Biden will stop at nothing ethical or unethical to get re-elected.  Even if they need to bribe people to vote for them that is what they are going to do.  It shows a shallow class for people who hold tremendous power.  Now, President Biden is bribing the semiconductor industry to get re-elected.

President Biden is going to invest over $5 billion in the semiconductor industry.  This seems like a payoff to get a vote.  It seems like a quick pay-to-play scheme.  My question is why now?  He had four years to get this done but now it’s important.  Oh silly me, it's an election year and it seems like we need to bribe all the people we can get to get out, no scratch that, buy out the votes.

President Biden is going to use these semiconductors to lead the world in GPS and internet development.  But this will be costly for the taxpayer, which President Biden never really cared about.  I suggest, that private industry can do this a lot faster and at a lot cheaper rate than government contractors can.

The Chips Research and Development includes an additional $11 billion in total bribes by President Joe Biden.  They are going to the National Science and Technology Council, the National Advanced Packing Manufacturing Program, the CHIPS Metrology Program, and the CHIPS Manufacturing Institute.  Now what do all these groups have in common?  I am taking a wild guess that they all have big organized labor and union contracts.  So this is a  quick pay-to-play scheme.

But wait it will get better.  President Biden wants to develop a Public-Private Consortium by the Secretaries of the Commerce Department, Defense Department, and Energy Department.    So President Biden is strong-arming the private industry into working with the government.  What if the private industry revolts and says no?  My guess then is that President Biden will make their lives hell with unjust legislation against them.

So there you have it folks.  President Biden is strong-arming the semiconductor industry.  Maybe the only way he gets re-elected is if he brides everyone to vote for him.  This shows a man with a flawed character.  As always comments accepted.

BIDEN'S HEALTH AND NUTRITION PROGRAM BETTER SUITED AT LOCAL LEVEL

HEALTH AND NUTRITION SHOULD BE DONE AT THE LOCAL LEVEL

I appreciate President Biden’s concern for keeping kids safe.  But the kids' safety is the priority of the parents.  Also much of what the President is trying to at the federal level would be better situated to be done at the local level not by government but by the health teachers, athletic directors and physical education teachers.  But other then the child if they can make a determination for themselves the parents first must make the health care and dietary needs of their children and no the federal government.

President Biden is forming a new partnership with professional sports to focus on guiding your children through nutrition standards.  He is forming a new partnership with professional sports to boost physical activity and increase nutrition.  This focus should stay at the local level.  Guess what?  It already is.  When you vote for the school budget you vote yea on funding the schools.  That funding is provides the salary and equipment for the sport teams, their coaches, the physical education teachers and the health and wellness teacher.  That is where the money should be spent.   As a Libertarian, I am afraid that more government oversight by President Biden is going to lead to more draconian measures handed down by President Biden to the local schools.  In the end you the parent is responsible for the well being and diet of their children and not the federal government.

Now, fourteen sports leagues have signed on to President Biden’s imperial plan.  Let us look at Major League Baseball.  Most of those players use chewing tobacco for some reason or another.  I wonder if those players also smoke off the field?  If they want to use that product they should be free to do so.  It is up to them, their families and their doctors on what they should put in their body and not the federal government.  Being that they made this choose to chew tobacco our government should not force anyone in the league or anyone to do the governments business for them.  Professional athletes are athletes since they are the best in the world at their sport.  They should not become nutrition lobbyist for the federal government which is what the government is trying to make them begun by doing President Joe Biden’s bidding.

I do applaud President Biden for trying to end hunger.  Again this could be done at the local level.  Many localities have food pantries.   There is also meals on wheels.  Also there is a school lunch programs for students whose parents can’t afford lunch.  Those programs would be more efficient if the were locally controlled by the local government.  Also, the federal government does a job of ending hunger by offering SNAP benefits which I am currently on.  But those benefits are better suited to be administered through the local government.  The best way to end Hunger is to give restaurants and local fast food joints tax breaks for donations of their food at the end of the day to a food pantry instead of throwing the food away.  As always comments accepted.

BIDEN, GOVERNMENT AND FDA TO BLAME FOR LISTERIA OUTBREAK

GOVERNMENT FAILED TO CONTROL LISTERIA

I do not think it was a conspiracy.  But the government is to blame for not letting people know earlier of the Listeria outbreak that is occurring right now in the country.  As of right now, their is a hysteria outbreak with contaminated food products in this America.

Rizo Foods has been recalled for dozens of cheeses and dairy products for being contaminated with bacteria that causes listeria.  The problem is it is not known what is contaminated with listeria until you actually feel the symptoms.  The bacteria is not visible on the product by the naked eye and is only visible by microscope.  But you will definitely feel the contamination.

Sorry to spoil your breakfast or meal today.  But the symptoms of listeria are: fever, Chills,. Muscle aches. Nausea and Diarrhea.  Due to my disability of Cerebral Palsy I often have muscle aches and craps.  So it would be hard for me to know if I have listeria if yi do not have a combination of symptoms listed above.  

The problem is not new.   The FDA has cited that it has been going on for years, since 2014.  So why has the government failed to  act until now?  That is a failure of not just big government or small government.  That isa  failure of the federal government in general, both Democrats and Republicans since they are the ones in power. The failure to inform us on the outbreak goes back all the way to President Obama since it is a decade long concern that has now been discovered.

The people that are most at risk are the pregnant women, immune compromised, newborns, and adults over 65 years old.  That seems like a large population and as of Wednesday, February 7, 2024 when this article was written there was no warning on the White House website.  I applaud the FDA for posting a warning on the situation.  But President Biden is at fault for not letting us know of the outbreak, as well as President Trump and President Obama.  As always comments accepted.
