WE’RE LOSING THE ARTIC

I’ll admit it. I hate the cold. I hate the snow and I hate the ice.  But this article is not about a need for hate.  It is an article about an international emergency.   We are currently losing the Arctic at an alarming rate.  According to the scientists at the University of Colorado-Boulder, the Arctic might lose all of its ice by this summer.  That is only a little over four months as the summer officially begins on June 20th and the first full day of summer is June 21 the Summer Solstice.  This is concerning since scientist now predict that the Arctic is going to be iceless a decade sooner than projected. By 2050, there will be no ice at all in the Arctic.  This could mean that the Arctic is going to be ice-free by this decade.

Scientist at Colorado University Boulder predict that the Arctic is going to be iceless by this summer.   As for me, I hate the cold.  So you would think that I would be happy.  Think again.  I am deeply concerned about Climate Change.  But I also believe the wording was rephrased from Global Warming since the community needed to win the argument with the message.  So they renamed it climate change to win back the issue on semantics.  Climate change is affecting all of us.  The Arctic is no exception.  My concern is for the animals that live there and the people.  Yes, people can adapt hopefully but the animals might not be able to and thus might become extinct. 

How big a concern is this?  It is very big.  It is projected that we might lose the Arctic 10 years earlier than projected.  It is also possible that the Arctic might be ice-free by this decade.  I never thought the Arctic would be ice-free at least not in my lifetime.   I fear for the animal's lives as they are not going to be able to adapt as easily as a human.  A human can jump on a plane and move.  An animal can’t without the human's help but that usually means they are brought to a zoo.

By 2050, the Arctic might be ice-free.  Sure humans can adapt but the animals can’t.  I fear for the animals in the Arctic and all of Humanity.  As always comments accepted.

BIDEN TO SOCILIZE THE CREDIT INDUSTRY

PRESIDENT BIDEN RIPPING OFF AMERICANS

President Biden is ripping off Americans and trying to control the free market.  President Biden is now trying to tackle late fees further harming the free market.  

President Biden is trying to tackle late fees in the economy.  He is trying for government to control the credit card industry further harming the free market with socialism.  It is the people's responsibility to pay their fees on time or be charged interest with a late fee.  Look in college you need to hand in your term paper on time or you are going to get docked a grade if not you might even fail the class.  The same theory can be applied to paying your bills on time.  If you are late with your credit card payment the company has the right to charge you interest.  This is not free, it is your responsibility to pay your fees on time.  The consequence of not paying your bill on time is a late fee or possible suspension of your credit line. 

A corporation has the right to make money in a free market.  Listen, these people also have families and bills that they need to pay.  The fact of the matter is that if you pay the fee late then the people in the corporate office are paid late.  If they are paid late it is a vicious cycle: they are late on their rent, late on their mortgage, late on the food they need to buy, etc.  Listen the world is not kind.  Also, there is something called responsibility that President Biden still needs to get. The corporation has the right to profit or at least try to profit in free market economics.  What President Biden is pushing is he is pushing socializing the credit industry.

President Biden says he is trying to lower prices.  That is just a fact-out lie.  President Biden is raising prices and causing inflation because the government is spending money and sticking its nose into the free market.  It is the government spending under President Biden and government intrusion into the free market that is causing inflation. 

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is cutting the cost of late fees from $32 to $8.  The late fee is three so the credit company can make a profit.  I suggest that if the credit card companies have bad creditors applying for their product they deny the consumer's application.    As always comments accepted.

VIOLENCE DESCENDS ON HAITI

HUMANITARIAN CRISIS IN HAITI

People are starving,  people are poor and people are restless.  This week, Haiti has descended into chaos as gangs are trying to overthrow the government.  Ruthless gangs have taken over the island of Haiti.  There is now a war going on between warring criminal tribes that are trying to take over the island.  Unlike most government strongholds the criminals also have the guns and are ready to take on the army and overthrow the government.  The gangs are now taking over the island.  The gangs are posting torture videos and videos of warring criminal tribes.  What should America’s response be?  Absolutely nothing. 

In this situation, America should remain neutral in the situation.  Now, would be a great time to get Ambassador Eric William Stromayer, out of the country and out of harm's way.  It would also be a great idea for the entire embassy of the United States to evacuate.  If that does not happen with the restlessness going on in Haiti, I think there is going to be another Benghazi-style attack and assassination of the American Ambassador.  The fact of the matter is the United States has stuck its nose into other people's affairs for far too long.  That is what caused Pearl Harbor, America was taking over Japan’s spheres of influence.  That is what caused September 11, 2001, was that America has been siding with Israel for far too long.  Let the Haitians work this out themselves.  If the government is overthrown it is overthrown.  American lives do not have to be lost over the Haitian violence. 

Haiti has broken into a civil war over warring tribes.  I suspect that the government is going to fall by this Friday if not sooner.  Now, is not the time for America to stick its nose in the situation.  Yes, America can try and give humanitarian aid, but that aid: food, water, money, and medical supplies can always be stolen by both the government and the rebels.  The best approach is to practice neutrality in this situation.  For far too long America has been sticking its nose into other people's affairs.  America has paid the price for far too long, i.e. September 11, 2001, was the most recent example of what happens when America sticks its nose into other people's business.

If America is involved in this war by sending troops, police actions, or sending military supplies we are going to pay the price.  America paid the price on September 11, 2001.  We gave Osama Bin Laden arms to fight the Russians and then Osama Bin Laden attacked America by hijacking planes.  I am afraid that if we side with a party in Haiti, there is going to be a terrorist attack on American interests in Haiti or even a terrorist attack on New York City or Miami. Miami is the closest American city to Haiti and New York City has the largest Haitian immigrant population.

Gangs are now posting torture videos online of their violence.  If we do not want the embassy personnel attacked America's best bet is to stay out.  Or, I think the embassy personnel will be human targets for the Haitian rebels.

In my prediction, the Haitian government is going to fall by Friday if not sooner.  God Bless the people of Haiti who just want peace in their country in this troubling time.  As always comments accepted.

U.S. SENDS FOOD AIDE TO GAZA

AMERICA BEGINS AIRDROPS OF FOOD

I am proud and applaud President Biden for bringing food aid to the Gaza Strip.  Over the weekend under the direction of President Biden the American Air Force dropped food to the needy people of the Gaza Strip. For President Biden, this is a personal issue as he is trying to prevent a humanitarian crisis.  The U.S. Air Force dropped 38,000 meals to the Gaza Strip. The Jordanian Air Force also dropped meals.  As of right now, President Biden is trying to find new ways to aid Palestine. 

The American air force has dropped 38,000 meals thus far over the weekend into the Gaza Strip.  I applaud President Biden for the humanitarian effort.  My only concern is that Israel is going to steal the food for themselves. These people are hungry and have nowhere else to turn for help.  Hopefully, this will give the Middle East a better appreciation for Americans in the long run.

President Biden’s strategy is to prevent a humanitarian crisis.  This is a humble goal.  It may even help him obtain a Nobel Peace Prize.  I applaud President Biden on the humanitarian effort in the long run.  As stated above I am afraid the terrorists are going to steal the food aid and I am afraid that Israel is going to steal the food aid. 

Thus far,  the U.S. Air Force has dropped 38,000 packaged meals to Gaza.  That is a great start and more needs to be done.  My biggest concern is the terrorist and Israel is going to steal the food for themselves. 

America is not alone in the effort.  The Jordanian Air Force has also dropped food aid into the Gaza Strip.  This is as great collaborative effort to give food to the needy people of the Gaza Strip.

President Biden is searching for new ways to aid Palestine.  That is going to upset Israel.  Well, then hell with them.  The Israelis are acting like terrorists nowadays. 

The best way to prevent more atrocities is to aid the Gaza Strip and West Bank with food aid. Also, cease all funding to Israel which is becoming a terrorist country. As always comments accepted.

OREGON RECRIMINALIZES HARD DRUGS

The state of Oregon is going back on its word to become a very Libertarian state.  The week of March 2, the Oregon Legislature voted to reinstate the criminalization of hard drugs.  I am very concerned about this measure.  The idea of decriminalization in my view is that people will finally come out of the shadows of their addictions and come to get the treatment to end their addiction if they want to.  It is totally their decision to do so or not to do so.  With this reserved policy, more people are going to die of drug overdoses in secret.  The better pro-life measure is to legalize all drugs so that people can come out of the shadows and finally get the help that they need.  What the local, state, and federal governments should do is treat drug addiction like a disease instead of a criminal matter. 

The Oregon legislature is criminalizing hard drugs.  My worry is that the government is going to decide that all drugs are considered hard drugs.  In this case, I would consider more people to be on hard drugs when they are consuming alcohol as opposed to marijuana.  You hear many situations where people turn violent under the influence of alcohol, but you rarely hear that case when they are under the influence of marijuana. 

Decriminalization is the better approach.  In Oregon itself, 60% of the voters agreed with decriminalizing all drugs.  Now, the legislature is going against the will of the people.  I am in favor of drug legalization and the legalization of all drugs.  Legalization will bring people out of the shadows and let people obtain the necessary treatment they need to reform their lives.  Living in the shadows is now fun, especially when you are trying to help yourself. 

With this new law, it ends the decriminalization of drugs that was in place for three years.  This is a horrible policy.  With this policy, I predict there is going to be a bigger black market for drugs.  With this law, I suspect there is going to be more overdoses and more suicides as a result of people living back in the shadows instead of seeking the help they need to treat their addictions if they want to.  As always comments accepted.

PRESIDENT BIDEN LOSES CONTROL OVER ALABAMA RULING

President Biden was visually upset over the Alabama Supreme Court ruling that decided that frozen embryos are children.  I guess that shows that his religion Catholicism, is less important than his politics.  With that being said, if I was a bishop or a priest I would deny him communion.

President Biden released a statement that he is visibly upset over the Alabama Supreme Court ruling stating in vitro fertilization is halted since these embryos are indeed waiting for it…..can you believe they are indeed children.  This shows that President Biden’s politics are more important than his religion.  May he burn in hell.

The real fact of the matter is that these cells are potential babies.  A scared life should not be destroyed to save another life.  The Alabama ruling halted IVF treatment in much of the state which is the right decision in my view.

Yes, I agree this is a devastating ruling.  It is groundbreaking and historical.  I get great pleasure over Dementia Joe and the Democrats losing their minds over such a ruling.  But what they do not understand is that Alabama from what I hear is a very conservative and religious state.  So of course they are going to protect the unborn and rightfully so.  Now, if they only outlawed the death penalty they are set.

The fact is that you do not murder a baby to provide life-saving measures.  This ruling makes abortion illegal in Alabama.  Thank God for that.  As always comments accepted.

IS BIDEN SERIOUS ABOUT THE BORDER?

It is an election year, 2024, and the Republicans are serious about border security. President Biden is taking notice of the severity of the issue.  The border is in crisis.  A nation without borders is no nation at all.  I applaud President Biden for finally having the guts to go down to the border and see it firsthand.  I do not know if our border czar, Vice President Kamala Harris has been to the border even once.

On Thursday, February 29, a leap year, President Biden leaped into action on the border with a guess what…an actual visit to our nation's southern border.  He traveled to Brownsville, Texas to see the border firsthand.  Now, the question is he going to do anything about it?  The fact of the matter is that people see what they want to see.  They hear and believe what they want to believe.  Our politicians are no different.  I do not think President Biden will change his view on illegal immigration.  I think he is going to take this opportunity to grant more asylums and amnesty.

President Biden said he is willing to work in a bi-partisan way to secure the border.  But that is impossible since there is too much disagreement on the matter.  The Republicans want a border wall, and the Democrats want open borders with little security.  This is a wedge issue and conceding to Republicans will cost Joe Biden votes.  So expect this all to be for showmanship and nothing is going to get done.  While President Biden might get sunburned, Americans are literally getting burned with the cost of illegal immigration.  As always comments accepted.
