TIKED OFF ABOUT TIKTOK

Congress is trying to ban TikTok.  Americans, at least the younger generation are ticked off about the situation.  I could see that we could have a mental health crisis in the younger generation that is worse than the coronavirus isolation and pandemic.  Canceling TikTok goes against the First Amendment rights of billions of users.  It is the way that people express themselves in at time a non-civilized manner with some being more civil.

I am against the banning of Tiktok.  I use it for my political analysis on a daily basis.  This is a way that people express themselves on a variety of subject matter and showcase their talents.  

The reason why the government is banning TikTok is that the Chinese are spying on us.  But guess what the American government also spies on Americans through the legal channels of the Patriot Act or did so when it was around.  I highly doubt disbanding laws is going to stop the government from spying on people.  

TikTok helps me get my message of political views across.  It helps a lot of people showcase their hidden talents.  Banning TikTok violates the First Amendment right to freedom of speech. This is going to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court will side with freedom of speech and let Tiktok stay. Shame on Congress for violating free speech.  As always comments are accepted.

JOHN BARNETT OF BOEING DIDN'T KILL HIMSELF

BOEING WHISTLE-BLOWER JOHN BARNETT FOUND DEAD

The conspiracy theorists are going to have a field day with this one.  This week, Boeing Whistle Blower John Barnett was found dead.  He was speaking out about the quality control issues with the Boeing company.   He found shavings of metal in the Boeing plane. The result is a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, so they say.  

I do not believe that John Barnett killed himself.  He found shaving of metal in the planes.  So it appears that someone wanted this person dead.  I would not be surprised if the federal government had something to do with the killing of John Barnett.  I would call this an assassination of a whistle-blower by the federal government.  Who in the federal government wanted this man dead I am not sure.  But I can assure you that this man did not kill himself.  

John Barnett was a whistle-blower who accused Boeing of putting shavings of metal in the plane.  I am not an aviation expert, but that would possibly cause the plane to catch fire.  Just how many shaves were found and just how many planes they were found in is in question.  I would not be surprised if many planes were found with shavings.  My concern is those planes could catch fire and crash with the metal shavings on board.  The man also raised issues on the quality control of Boeing.  I personally believe that someone in the federal government killed John Barnett. He did not kill himself of a gunshot wound to the head.  Someone on the inside killed him and I would not be surprised if someone high up close to Biden killed the man.  As always comments accepted.

FDA TO CONSIDER RESCHEDULING LSD TO LEGAL

IS LEGALIZING ALL DRUGS RIGHT?

I am not an avid drug user.  I am not even in the camp of legalizing all drugs right now but I seem to be coming around to that position.  Legalizing all drugs would bring people out of the shadows and get people the right treatment that they need in the long run.  We could finally solve the drug epidemic as a medical condition addiction and have people come out of the shadows.  The FDA is considering doing that at least with LSD.

On Monday, March 11, 2024, the FDA recognized the medical benefits of LSD.  They acknowledged the fact that LSD can reduce anxiety in patients.   They also claimed that the drug shows promise for a medical need in the long run.  The concern is that manufacturing is hard but do not tell that to a hard-core drug dealer, I am sure they know the trick.

The FDA, finally admitted that LSD shows some medical breakthroughs for relieving anxiety.  I support this concept.  I am not a user but I feel that legalizing this drug would help relieve anxiety.  If the drugs and all drugs are legal in America it would help people come out of the shadows and let people get the treatment if they choose to.  You could also be forced by court order to seek drug treatment.  With drug addiction, the better approach is to get the people treatment instead of locking them up in jail.

I am actually surprised that the FDA would legalize LSD or even consider it, before legalizing marijuana.  But this is a great first step in the fight to legalize all drugs.  Legalizing all drugs would get people the help they need if they choose to go to drug treatment without society's hostility.  I am proud that the FDA is considering legalizing LSD and if all drugs are legal people can finally come out of the shadows and obtain the help they need.  As always comments accepted.

THE POLICE STATE OF NEW YORK CITY

Be careful New Yorkers.  The police state in New York is already here and it is not leaving anytime soon.  Due to an increase in crime that has been going on for at least two years only now has Governor Hochul decided to bring in the National Guard.  Well, if the National Guard are going to be doing the job of the police department of New York City then maybe we should consider cutting the police budget?  Don’t get me wrong the police do a great job.  But they are not equipped to handle the mental health crisis in this country that was brought on by the pandemic.  We should not expect public health officials to be police officers.  Nor, should we expect a police officer to be a public health official.

The New York City commuters are now seeing the National Guard at their subway stop to handle the rises in crime on the New York City streets.  But the rise in crime is not so much an economic issue as it has to deal with a public health emergency and public health awareness.  The pandemic has put a lot of stress on people.  Lockdowns have killed my psyche on a personal level.  Having NYC commuters see the National Guard at their train stop or bus stop does not make matters any better.  It makes matters worse.  

The police state is due to the rise in violent crimes in New York City.  With each passing day of the police state that goes through I am worried more and more about losing our civil liberties.   What we need to do is address the root cause of all these crimes.  The root cause is that we have a problem with a mental health crisis not only in New York City but also in America at large.  The pandemic only increases the mental health crisis that was brought on by social distancing, lockdowns, and mask-wearing.  

The National Guard is about policing.  But it is more than that.  The fact of the matter is that there are many more people with mental challenges due to the pandemic.  Lockdowns, when they were in effect only increased this situation.  Instead of having the National Guard and the police state the NYC Streets and Subways should be patrolled by mental health counselors on a 24-hour basis just like the police and National Guard.  My hope is that mental health counselors will be able to give mentally challenged citizens a person to speak to 24 hours a day 7 days a week and not on the phone but live in person.  If these mental health counselors want to be armed for their own safety they should be allowed to keep their Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms. 

To stop crime you must first solve the mental health crisis in America.  Sure no small task.  The best way to do that is to have these people be funded by public charity and crowdsource funding and stop the cuts to mental health programs.  As always comments accepted.

SHOULD WE SPRING FORWARD FOR DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME?

America, it is time to spring forward.  Many people do not like the idea of Day daylight savings time.  Many people have to adjust their internal clocks to lose an hour of sleep.  Many people experience adverse health effects and some people are known to have heart attacks due to the time change.  But again this is not something the government should be legislating.  If you need more sleep then get more sleep.  Getting darker earlier is going to have an effect on your health.  So with that being said only you can know your internal body clock and what is good for you.  This is not a government issue.  Yes, you are going to have to spring forward with your clocks.  But many clocks on the cell phone at least spring forward for you already.

A majority of Americans will spring forward today.  Unfortunately, the government is going to be involved as we have to make a time change to function for work and appointments.  There have been reports of adverse health effects such as heart attacks, strokes, and other ailments due to the time change.  That shouldn’t be.  Only you know your body the best.  Do what is best for you and do not rely on the government to tell you what is best for you.  Yes, you are going to have to readjust your clocks both regularly and internally.  But do what is best for you and your health and do not rely on the government to tell you what is best for you.  The government always does what is in its best interest and not what is in the taxpayer's and others' best interest. 

The reason why delight savings time is mainly a farming issue.  So it has to do with our food source and is a farming issue.  Those are the people, the farmers and ranchers that are mostly affected by this.  I am not saying other people are not affected by this.  You will have to get an early start if you want to make it to work on time.  But this is a personal issue when you get up and start your day.  Yes, the government is going to make suggestions.  But remember those suggestions are only beneficial to serve the government's interest.  I do not think the government has the American people's best interests at heart.

Again, do what is best for you in this situation and please stay safe.  If you need to get an extra hour of sleep to function by all means do so.  But do not let the government tell you to get an extra hour of sleep since the government is only interested in serving themselves and not the general public.  As always comments accepted.

POTENTIAL TERRORIST ATTACK IN RUSSIA

The Embassy of the United States of America in Moscow issued a terrorist watch threat in Moscow on American citizens and Jewish people.  The culprit of the terrorist attack is the Islamic State.  But I would not be surprised if the Russians are behind the terrorist threat since the world is standing with the Ukraine, something that Russia opposes.

Over the next 48 hours, Friday-Saturday, there is a possible terrorist attack in Russia according to the American Embassy in Moscow.  I would not be surprised if Dictator and Terrorist Vladimir Putin is behind the terrorist attack.  I would not be surprised if American interests or Ukrainian interests are attacked by Russian terrorists in Moscow in the coming days.

The United States Embassy issued an imminent threat to U.S. Citizens in Russia.  This is Russia planning a terrorist attack on American citizens and disguising it with Islamic extremists.  I would not be surprised if Dictator Vladimir Putin is planning the attacks. 

American citizens are advised to avoid large crowds.  That is a great warning by President Biden which I applaud for the warning.  But the American people are self-interested.  If they want to go in large crowds they are going to do it.  Some people want to be martyrs in life.  For some people that is their life calling.

The Islamic State is planning to attack temples in Russia.  That is sad and Israel should come to the defense.

Only if American lives are lost should America see retribution.  We should not preemptively strike Russia or the Islamic State.  I believe that Putin is behind these possible attacks to try and take over the Ukraine.  As always comments accepted.

Going into an election year President Biden has started class warfare on the middle class and the rich in America.  It is harmful to America and will increase and prolong the recession that is the making of the Democratic Party.  President Biden does not want to end the recession.  With Bidenomics he wants to prolong it and prolong the class ware fare struggle to keep Americans dependent on the government in all of its stages.

President Biden wants to achieve a fairer tax system.  But what he really is proposing is socialism.  He wants to punish the rich for being successful and give them money in the form of a handout rewarding the poor for not wanting to work to make an honest day living.   We should have a fairer tax system.  But a fairer tax system does not mean that the rich are going to pay more in taxes.  That is economically unfair.  To get a fairer tax system the government must institute the flat tax.

A fairer tax system under Biden is not free market economics it is socialism 101. The fair tax system that President Biden is proposing is outright class warfare. It rewards the poor for not getting up off their lazy ass and trying to find a job.  It attacks the very people that work hard to make America run.  I do not think that this is an election strategy that would win.  But then again there are a lot of stupid people in America.  The fact of the matter is to make a fair tax system then everyone needs to put into the economy and everyone needs to take money out of the economy.  While we are talking about fair let me propose this.  People pay income taxes on their social security since that is income that you put in over the years and you let the government pay you back that is income.

President Biden is proposing a 15% income tax on wealthy corporations and corporations in general.  That is one way to kill free market economics.  With that President Biden is instituting socialism.  Eventually, with that tax system, all corporations are going to be subject to the federal government with socialism.  What President Biden is doing is killing the right to become a free corporation.  This is going to make more corporations not leave the United States but I suggest they are going to file to become a foreign corporation in the Cayman Islands or other better tax structures with breaks for corporations.

It is not that President Biden does not want to cut taxes.  He does.  But he wants to cut taxes for people who already obtain tax cuts by not paying any taxes at all.  He is proposing cutting taxes for people earning less than $400,000.00  That is not a tax cut that is highway robbery.  The fact is these people, the poor are going to get a tax cut by not paying any taxes at all.  That is not with the Democratic way of paying your fair share.  Under my plan of tax, everyone pays something in taxes including the poor and paying taxes on social security.  That means everyone has something to gain and everyone has something to lose in the process.

Businesses listen up you are getting screwed also by Bidenomics. President Biden wants corporations to pay a tax rate of 28%.  That will kill a business.  If you want to save your business the best bet is to invest and incorporate in the Cayman Islands and not incorporate in America. 

President Biden is also instituting a European-style Tax System. He wants a 21% tax rate on multinationals.  That is going to kill business and hurt America in the realm of foreign and international relations.  The best bet to save your business is to incorporate offshore, please look up the Cayman Islands. 

President Biden also wants to make the rich poor again.  He is proposing a 25% on the wealthy.  That is going to kill business in America and make people poor.  It is going to make people more dependent on the government.  If President Biden wants the rich to pay their fair share then the poor need to pay their fair share also by paying taxes on the social security incomes and welfare checks.   As always comments accepted.
